The Othering & Belonging Institute

Educational center at the UC-Berkeley that advances work on the "othering"—exclusion, marginalization, and structural inequality. Works with narratives and narrative change to bring about "belonging"—a world based on fairness, justice and care for the earth. The institute advances multidisciplinary research, builds relationships, advances communications and cultural work.
